About
Bicultural France-Turkey, bilingual. This dual culture is an asset: a bridge between two economic, regulatory and institutional ecosystems.
A path forged in the field. From administrative assistant to Managing Director of a construction SME (2017-2023): up to 30 people managed and full financial management, from quote to accounting close.
Then transformation consulting, full-stack development and founding an EdTech startup. Self-taught, I designed and coded the first version of Reflektif solo, and today I develop it with Mikail Lekesiz, president of our Turkish sister company Reflektif Bilişim — product & technology partner. Hence a rare ability: to bring together business need, compliance and technology in a single movement.
I position myself as a co-builder, not a service provider: I don't work to bill, but to transform.
Expertise
My profile bridges three domains that are rarely found in a single person. It is this cross-disciplinary reach that makes it possible to speak simultaneously with business leadership, compliance, engineering and strategic decision-making.
Company leadership & management. Running SMEs (up to 30 people), finance, accounting, HR, strategy, economic modeling and restructuring. Mastery forged in operations, not in theory.
Institutional compliance. Qualiopi (France's mandatory quality certification for training providers), RGE (Qualibat) (official French label qualifying firms for energy-renovation work), QualiRépar (France's official repair label), CPF/OPCO (France's vocational-training funding schemes), GDPR (France) and KVKK (Turkey), DPIA, employment law, engineering of public funding and professional certification (RNCP/RS, France Compétences (France's national professional-certification authority)). I build frameworks that are clean, credible and auditable before administrations and auditors — inspections and audits passed successfully.
Software development & AI. TypeScript/React full-stack, tRPC, PostgreSQL/Supabase, generative AI (Vertex AI/Gemini), RAG & embeddings, no-code/low-code automation, CI/CD, application security. Designer and full-stack developer of my digital work — I built the first versions alone, and I now develop Reflektif with Mikail Lekesiz, president of our Turkish sister company —, from design to production. I don't reinvent everything: I also integrate the best tools on the market (Google Workspace, Pennylane…) when they meet the need — the right technology in the right place.

AI-powered EdTech career guidance platform, France + Turkey.
An AI-augmented career guidance SaaS platform, natively bilingual French/Turkish, originally designed and coded solo and now developed with Mikail Lekesiz — president of our Turkish sister company Reflektif Bilişim (Istanbul), product & technology partner —, in active production since February 2026 and hosted in Europe (Frankfurt). I own its product design, technical architecture and pedagogical direction. The engine combines psychometrics (3 tests, 110 questions: RIASEC, Big Five, Values) and generative AI; the proprietary SmartMatch algorithm matches the user's profile against a catalogue of 928 occupations. A complete journey in production: tests, AI debriefs, document analysis, diagnostic report, occupation exploration, counselor portal with human validation and real-time messaging — with a B2B white-label cohort-management module.

Designed and developed for a Qualiopi-certified center, deployed to production, bilingual FR/TR. A conversational AI coach structures the journey across the three regulatory phases of the skills assessment and automates post-assessment follow-up at 3 and 6 months, in accordance with the Labor Code. Features: automated RIASEC analysis, PDF summaries, consultant dashboard, package management, Qualiopi satisfaction survey and full GDPR management. Designed from the outset to meet Qualiopi requirements.
Audit, restructuring and compliance work for companies.
Independent consulting assignments in the Alsatian construction sector: financial and organizational audit, turnaround plans, deployment of management tools, compliance work and team training. At Netz Informatique (IT services company + Qualiopi training center), a transformation assignment as interim management: steering quality and Qualiopi compliance, digital transformation (automation, learner portal), and AI applied to training.
Sites and platforms delivered.
A portfolio of websites and web platforms (OzArt, Megalife Istanbul, Local Essence, mehmettuzcu.fr). For an Istanbul real-estate developer, a premium sales platform in 8 languages built from a simple PDF catalogue, with an international targeting strategy and a conversion funnel — drawing directly on the dual France-Turkey culture. Local Essence is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for local directories (12 active geographic areas).
Method
I don't paste a solution onto a problem. I follow a step-by-step method, structured and reproducible, that turns a field need into a compliant, automated system.
Understand the operational reality before anything else — field diagnosis, listening to the business teams.
Identify the applicable regulatory requirements from the start, to build compliance into the architecture.
Translate the need into a strategic architecture: roles, flows, data, control points.
Design and develop the tool — full-stack or no-code/low-code depending on context, with a fast and defensible deployment.
Instrument traceability, auditability and data protection within the system itself.
Industrialize recurring processes, with automations that are defensible, auditable and useful.
I decide with data: I model scenarios (optimistic, realistic, pessimistic) before acting decisively. And I favor objectivity and honest feedback over flattery.
